Volunteer-run adult soccer leagues on the Peninsula for eligible adults of all skill levels.
PAASL offers three seasons a year — Spring, Summer, and Fall — with six leagues across Sunday and evening. Seasons are long (at least 10 league games), and we aim for you to play at least once a week — a league match or a pickup, with referees still available. Pick your time, your crew, then your level.
We don’t carry fixed squads forward. After registration closes, teams are dynamically generated from that season’s players — a balanced allocation that spreads skill, goalkeepers, and positions so no side is stacked. The goal is even, competitive games and a chance to meet new teammates each season; friend groups can still stay together within limits. We don’t publish standings — fair play first. You must be 25 or older to register.
PAASL matches use a full three-person crew so play stays fair and the game keeps moving. No video review — decisions stay on the field.
PAASL works with the Peninsula Soccer Referees Association (PenSRA) — the referee association serving soccer programs across San Mateo and San Francisco Counties (CNRA South Region). PenSRA trains and assigns USSF-affiliated officials, runs match assignments for Bay Area leagues, and backs the crew with evaluation and Referee Abuse Prevention standards so every PAASL game gets a proper, accountable three-person team on the field.
Sunday and evening leagues for men and women. You must be 25 or older when you register for a season.
